The Espresso Group has transferred to ILTE SpA - Gruppo Farina- the ownership of Rotosud, the subsidiary that carries out rotogravure printing of its periodicals.  
The sale involves the entire share capital of Rotosud and the consideration is 15 million euro.  
The agreement establishes that the Espresso Group will continue to avail itself of the services of Rotosud.  
To the Espresso Group, the transfer to ILTE SpA, long-time supplier of the Group, fits into the ongoing reorganization plan which envisages, among others, the radical overhaul of its industrial structure.  
The transfer of the rotogravure facility will enable an increase in workload and, thereby, ensure a reduction in the cost of publications.
