Milan, April 4 2011 - CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. gives notice that as of today only one list has been presented for the appointment of the Board of Directors for financial years 2011 – 2013 which will take place at the Ordinary and Extraordinary Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders convened for April 28 2011 at 10.30 a.m., at the first call, and for April 29 2011 at the same time, at the second call.

The list presented by COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A., which has voting rights on 363,771,164 ordinary CIR shares, corresponding to 45.924% of the share capital of the Company, contains the following candidates:
