Andrea Bergalio

Group Internal Auditing

Andrea Bergalio joined CIR in February 2004 and since September 2007 has been Internal Auditor of the Group, mainly following the activity of the utilities, healthcare and media sectors. Since 2008 he has been in charge of Internal Audit for the financial companies Jupiter Finance and Euvis.

He is also on the Board of Directors of KOS and a Member of the Surveillance Body of Sorgenia, KOS, Jupiter Finance and Euvis.

He was previously Group Controller in the Planning and Control Department of CIR S.p.A.

His professional experience has principally been focused on operational planning and management control in the telecommunications sector where, from 1993 until 2004, he held positions of responsibility in leading national operators such as Telecom Italia, Wind Telecomunicazioni and Edisontel.

He graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Genoa in 1992.
