Human Resources
Our vision
Our aim is to create working environments that enable our employees to demonstrate their capabilities and create value for the company, its customers and shareholders. This has allowed the CIR group to maintain a very high loyalty rate among both managers and employees compared to the market average.
CIR ensures equal opportunities regardless of gender, race, age, religion, political views or nationality.
Our requirements
CIR offers a very dynamic and changeable environment requiring a broader range of interests than is normal for individual business sectors. This means that people who come to work for us need to be flexible, versatile and able to make decisions rapidly. An analytical and logical mindset is also a necessary requirement.
For these reasons CIR offers professional opportunities for those who have studied or worked in the economic, financial, legal and judicial fields. These competencies should be accompanied by:
- A strong degree of motivation
- A desire to learn and develop professionally
- A good knowledge of at least two foreign languages (English being essential)
Our numbers
At the end of 2012, the CIR group had 13,940 employees. Most of the people work for the four largest group companies: Sorgenia, Espresso, Sogefi and KOS. The most labour-intensive businesses within the CIR portfolio are healthcare, media and automotive components.
