The Chairman of CIR is Mr Stefano Micossi and is responsible for:

• The Internal Auditing Department of the Group, set up with reference to D.LGS 231/2001, which has the aim of ensuring the effectiveness of the internal control system for safeguarding the Company’s Assets.

The Chief Executive Officer Rodolfo De Benedetti heads General Management, Investments Department, Public and Economic Affairs and Communication Department (coordinating with Public and Economic Affairs).
