Michele Cavigioli

Group Finance & Investor Relations

Michele Cavigioli has held the position of Finance Director of CIR since September 2010 and he is also responsible for relations with Financial Analysts and Instutional Investors.

From 2005 until 2010 he was Director within CIR’s Investments group, where he managed investment projects mainly in Finance, Healthcare and Transportation.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of Jupiter Finance, Euvis, KTP Global Finance, Ktesios and other related subsidiaries.

From 1996 to 2005 he worked at McKinsey & Company in Milan, as an Associate Principal since 2004, mainly in the Telecommunication, High Tech, Finance and Retail sectors.

Prior to that, he worked for Deutsche Bank (Milan) and Magnemag AG (Copenhagen, a producer of systems for the steel industry).
Michele Cavigioli graduated in Electronics Engineering at the Milan Polytechnic in 1994 and was awarded an MBA at the Insead Business School (France) in 1998.
