In accordance with Consob regulation CIR has set up stock option plans for employees of the group.

On April 29 2011, the shareholders meeting approved a Stock Grant Plan for 2011 aimed at executives of the company, its subsidiaries and its controlling company, for a maximum of 4,500,000 units, each of which gives the right to receive 1 CIR share free of charge.
