Stock option plans
In accordance with Consob regulation CIR has set up stock option plans for employees of the group.
On April 30 2010, the shareholders meeting approved a stock option plan for 2010 aimed at executives of the company, its subsidiaries and its controlling company, for a maximum of 8,300,000 options.
Summaries of current stock option and other incentive plans are attached.
