Sogefi, founded by CIR in 1980 and  listed on the Milan Stock Exchange (STAR segment) is the parent company of a group operating in automotive components, specializing and among the world leaders in two product lines: filters and flexible suspension components. Sogefi is a partner to the most important car manufacturers in the world. The company has a global presence on 4 continents and 13 countries, with 50 offices of which 37 have production facilities. Leader in its core business in Europe and South America, Sogefi is active in the original equipment market, and in the original and independent replacement market. Sogefi is expanding strongly in extra-European markets - particularly China, India and especially South America - which at the end of 2010 repersented almost 30% of consolidated salse revenues. In 2010 the Sogefi group reported revenues of 925 million euro, of which 50% were from the filter sector and 50% from the suspension components sector. EBITDA  amounted to 86.7 million euros and the net income was 18.8 million euros.
